Guest Lecture at Quantum University

Dr Sushma Chaudhary, BSM College Roorkee, delivered a guest lecture on Current and Future Trends in 5G Technology.

Quantum School of Technology organised a guest lecture on ‘Current and Future Trends in 5G Technology’ for the first-year BTech students of all branches. Dr Sushma Chaudhary, BSM College Roorkee was the expert speaker. 

Dr Sushma Chaudhary began the lecture by saying, “5G is the current and next generation of mobile technology. It’s a known fact that life is going to be faster and more reliable with faster internet speeds on your phone, but more than that, it’s all about having very reliable and quick responding connections.” She further added, “The importance of enabling new use for this technology concerns applications as in self-driving cars, virtual reality, delivery drones, smart cities and billions of interconnected devices.”

She further talked about the Challenges of 5G and its various applications in real-time applications. She also entertained queries from the students and responded to them with apt professionalism. The students were delighted to have received words of wisdom on the subject.
