Students of B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture planted saplings at the university campus, with a wow to make the campus greener and beautiful. The plantation drive was organised to encourage students towards a healthy life and also to encourage a sense of positivity among them.
120 students participated in the drive and contributed their bit in it. Students planted more than 100 saplings such as neem, mango, amla, etc. on the campus. All the participants took the pledge to protect plants and keep the premises clean. Through this plantation drive, students learnt a lot about the importance of conserving the environment for posterity. Q-mates also enhanced their knowledge of environmental conservation.
