A Flip Class on Principles and Practice of Management was held for MBA I semester students at Quantum University. This class aimed to help the slow learners grasp the concepts more easily.
In addition, the students were assigned topics for advanced learning, along with models and real-world examples. Both sections covered topics from all units and the students were highly efficient in learning the material. In addition to accommodating diverse learning needs, this innovative teaching method enabled students’ active engagement and proficiency.
