Quantum University Commenced Millet Based Food Stall Competition to Support Government’s Initiative

Quantum University’s Millet-based Food Stall Competition showcased students’ culinary skills with nutritious millet-based snacks, aligning with the Government of India’s Millet Campaign. From Milletacious Bars to Bajra Cutlets, each creation highlighted the delectable potential of these grains and their health benefits.


Vice Chancellor Dr. Vivek Kumar praised the students for their efforts in promoting healthier eating habits, emphasizing the impact of small dietary changes. The winners exemplify the outstanding efforts and unique culinary skills of the students of Quantum University.


The Winning Team is as follows-Winner: Ragi Nachos Chaat by Gaurav Joshi, Rajat Narayan Lal Karm, Daksh Tomar, and Gorav Sharma from BHM 1st year.
Runner Up: Multi Grain Katli by Tusi Bhardwaj, Aastha Kaushal, Kanchan, and Gulista from B. Sc N&D 3rd year and MSc N&D 2nd year.
Consolation Prize: Bajra Bhalla Chaat by Sumit Vashist, Kumari Divya Bharti, and Ishika Rana from B. Sc N&D 1st year.
