Quantum University Organizes Millet-based Food Stall Competition to Promote Healthy Diet

In a commendable initiative, the Department of Applied Medical Sciences and Hotel Management collaborated to organize a Millet-based Food Stall Competition on the 15th of September. The primary objective was to raise awareness among the general public about the significant health benefits associated with incorporating millet into their diets. Millets, known for their nutritional richness, contribute to an array of health benefits such as promoting cardiovascular health, diabetes prevention, aiding in weight management, and reducing inflammation, among others.

Students prepared a variety of nutritious snacks during the event to showcase their culinary skills. Not only did the competition inspire creativity among students, but it also played a key role in disseminating nutritional information to the wider community, emphasizing the profound impact small dietary changes can have on one’s health.
