Quantum School of Law, Roorkee is proud to announce “Jurisprudence’23” – a Moot Court Competition on “Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace” on 11th and 13th May. We are honored to have Mr. S.C. Virmani, a renowned Advocate and esteemed member of the International Council of Jurists, Supreme Court Bar Association New-Delhi, Bar Association of India, and a Life member of Bar Association, Dehradun, as our esteemed guest.
The competition aims to provide a platform for students to hone their legal skills, as well as increase their awareness and knowledge of this important issue. The event will undoubtedly provide a valuable learning experience for all the participants and promote a greater understanding of the legal issues related to sexual harassment in the workplace.
