Quantum University Hosts Chess and Carrom Competitions at Udaan – The Annual Sports Fest

Q-Spartan, the sports club of Quantum University, organized a Chess and Carrom competition on the occasion of Udaan – The Annual Sports Fest. The event was held with great enthusiasm and excitement with a total of 25 students participating in the Chess competition, while 18 teams competed in the Carrom tournament. The competition was fierce, and the audience enjoyed the thrill of the games.

The event was graced by the presence of the honorable Mr. Dalip Singh Rana (The Great Khali), who motivated the participants with his speech. He also felicitated the winners of the event with trophies and medals. The winners of the Chess competition were Abhinav Singhal, BCA 3rd year, who emerged as the champion, and the runner-up was Rahul Kumar, B.Tech CSE 1st year. The Carrom competition was won by Afraz Hasan Naqvi & Md. Saheb from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, while Vishal & Ganesh from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering were the runners-up.

The event was a great platform for students to showcase their great sportsmanship and passion for sports.
