A Powerpoint Presentation on Human Resources Planning & Development- A basic model: Society & Cultural Values, Success Criteria, Occupational Incentives & Constraints was held on 13 December at Quantum University. The program gave the students a platform to discuss the need for Human Resource Planning.
During the program, students learned how to enhance the Quality of Work life and create an environment that promotes HRD. Human Resource Planning was explained to the students, as well as the importance of identifying the optimum number of human resources for human resource functions. The event was highly informative.
