Quantum School of Business conducted a seminar on the topic “Employee vs Entrepreneur: Who Has a Great Future?” for the new MBA entrants. The program was led by the guest speaker Ms. Devika Sen who is a Senior Accounts Executive at Browser Stack & Entrepreneur.
By profession, she is also an Entrepreneur and Motivational Speaker who had a meaningful discussion with the freshers on the topic. She talked about how getting employed is different from employing others. She believes in order to thrive in this competitive world you must consistently work hard and keep yourself updated about the trends and changes in the market. She said, “Although both are good in their place, people who own businesses earn about 50% more than people working as employees.” She has shown the way of entrepreneurship to students with some aspects of Industry and Corporate Culture.
At the end of the seminar, she motivated the students to choose their field of interest and pursue what their hearts says. She said, “Eventually, it all depends on one’s goals and personality. Both can be successful if they strive for it. ” The students felt convinced hearing out from Ms. Devika and thanked her for being their guiding light. The educational seminar concluded with a few minutes of question and doubt session where students got the opportunity to clear their queries. The program was successfully executed.
