The School of Hospitality and Tourism directed a Service & Tasting practical session of Red Wine at Food & Beverage Service (Training Restaurant) lab on December 13, 2021. Mr. Gaurav Mamgain gave practical inputs to students for the presentation of red wine, reading of red wine label, service of red wine, and tasting of red wine. It was a wonderful interactive session on red wine amongst the students. The aim of the practical workshop was to enhance the knowledge of red wines among the students.

Post the presentation session on Red Wine, BHM students were able to read the wine label, knew the wine’s presentation, and how to open and serve red wine to the customers. They got to learn that some red wines can be served cool, at about 12.5–15.5°C (55–60°F).
