Workshop at Quantum University

Quantum University, Roorkee in association with Aimoni Robotics, Guwahati organised a two-day-long workshop on Robotics.

A two-day-long workshop on Robotics (Line Follower and MazeSolver) was organized by the Robotics and Automation Society Chapter, IEEE Student Branch, Quantum University, Roorkee in association with Aimoni Robotics, Guwahati from 14 November to 16 November.

80 students participated in the workshop intending to grasp practical knowledge about robotics from the experts who have immense exposure and expertise in the fields of Robotics. On the first day, kits were distributed to the participants and a very interesting task of assembling kits was assigned to them. Enthusiastic minds actively participated in the workshop and performed very well in the task. Mr Ujjwal and Mr Jyotishman Bharali told students about the usage of sensors and Ardunio. On the second day, students became competent enough to design bots. Mr Jyotishman Bharali explained how to make changes in the code while using the same bot for the different competition. Mr Ujjwal informed students about the various aspects of the programming. The workshop proved to be fruitful for young students who had fun whilst learning new skills.
