After the three-phased selection procedure, the company selected six students who were in the final year of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and BTech in Mechanical Engineering. The company conducted the recruitment process in three phases: written test, HR round and technical round. The written test was designed to test the aptitude skills and academic knowledge base of the students. After clearing the first round students reached the HR round, which tested their personality and other soft skills. The third round tested their technical skills and finally, results were announced where six students were selected and hired.
