Coronavirus awareness campaign by Quantum University

Students of Pahal Club organised an awareness campaign on coronavirus in Jaysingha village.

In JaySingha Village, students of Pahal Club organised a rally to spread awareness about coronavirus among the villagers. After hitting China and killing more than 1400 people, it has begun to spread all around Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, South America and Africa. Few cases of coronavirus have been recorded in India also.

A day before the rally, the participants assembled the required material including activity handouts, posters, and a preventive measure sheet. The rally began in the morning with students holding placards and posters in their hands. A student pursuing BSc Radiology delivered a speech and told villagers that the symptoms of coronavirus are fever, cough and shortness of breath. Students of Quantum School of Health Sciences performed a skid for villagers, where they told them the basic protective measures against the coronavirus like washing hands frequently; practising respiratory hygiene and avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Students also suggested villagers that they must take medical care early, in case of fever, cough and difficulty in breathing. Villagers were also advised to eat well-cooked food and maintain cleanliness around them.
