| What company Expect | Students who are selected for this program will have to commit to the following: 1. Sign an employment bond with Apar | Connexrm for 3 Years. Apar | Connexrm will hold the right to terminate the bond and the employee if non-satisfactory performance is found for continuous 3 warning cycles or 15 days each. 2. Penalty of breaking the bond within 1 year of joining would ₹ 2,00,000.00 to be guaranteed by the parent of the student. 3. Penalty of breaking the bond after 1 year but before 2 years would be ₹ 1,50,000.00 to be guaranteed by the parent of the student. 4. Penalty of breaking the bond after 2 Years but before the completion of 3 years would be ₹ 75,000.00 to be guaranteed by the parent of the student. 5. Students are not required to deposit any amount with Apar | Connexrm as guarantee money at any point of time. The penalty would be subject to legal agreements and will need to be guaranteed by the parent of the student for the bond period. 6. A minimum of 9 hours of presence for the training and assignments given by the organization during all the times except for final examination days (subject to prior approvals and notices). 7. Full dedication and honesty towards the work and its learning environment for the completion of the given tasks and assignments. |
