Quantum University believes that going beyond the horizons of textbooks is certainly a measure to improve the practical knowledge of students. Recently, the Impulse Club organised a workshop on refrigerator maintenance at mechanical engineering lab, C-003. Students of BTech and Diploma in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering became a part of this workshop.
Mr Pankaj, a technician, was the resource person for the workshop, who shared his practical expertise with the students. He showed all the parts of the refrigerator to students, including the evaporator, condenser, expansion valve and compressor. He further explained the functions and working of all the parts. In the end of the workshop, he discussed some measures with the students that can prevent refrigerator breakdown.
