School of Agricultural Studies, Quantum University, Roorkee organized a 3 day National Workshop on “Sustainable Utilization of Agricultural Resources” from 11th March 2022 to 13th March 2022 in collaboration with Just Agriculture in the virtual mode under the ages of Institution’s Innovation Council, India.
The workshop was organized where experts were invited to discuss the current research projects and their applications on sustainable development in agriculture and the environment. The scope of this workshop covered the following topics: Interaction between agriculture and environment (including the social and economic aspects), Biology and agriculture, sustainable development, tropical agriculture, biodiversity, biotechnology, horticulture, plants, animal production, climate change, water management, soil conservation, integrated agriculture management, hydraulic structure, food security, COVID-19 and Sustainable Agriculture Issues and other related agriculture and environment issues.
During the Workshop, 7 speakers from reputed institutes delivered a lecture on sustainable Agriculture and more than 100 candidates were present in the workshop from various states of the country. The program was a big success. All thanks to our guest speakers and audience for being such an enthusiast throughout the workshop.
