At the Dharohar 2024 Annual Festival, the Applied Medical Sciences Department put together a fun event called ‘Nutrition Fiesta,’ all about eating right from when you’re a baby until you’re older. It was a big deal with special guests like Sh. R.K. Singh from Engineers India Limited coming to check it out.
The students presented a range of foods for all age groups. From special “Pre-mix” food for babies to tasty “Oats bites” and “Ragi bites” for preschoolers, to cool drinks and snacks for teenagers like “Pineapple smoothie” and “Irish Garlic Bread.” There were fancy “Focaccia Bread” for adults and traditional “Gujiya,” while grandparents had sweet dishes like “Coconut Kheer” and “Soya Papad.
The event was more than just showing off recipes. Everyone has to talk about how important it is to eat the right foods at every age to stay healthy.
