School of Agricultural Studies, Quantum University, Roorkee is conducting a guest lecture on the topic “Role of Agricultural Engineering in the Agriculture sector of India” on 17th October 2022. The guest speaker of the event is Dr. Ankit Kumar, Asst. Prof. Dept. of Agriculture, Baba Farid Group of Institutions Bathinda Punjab. He is a Btech Agriculture Engineering) from SCRIET, Meerut 2008-2012.
The objective of the event is to share knowledge with the students on how science and technology play a vital role in the Indian Agriculture Sector. The students will get an opportunity to have an interactive session with the guest and learn various career paths in the Agriculture sector like Agriculture crop engineers, Agriculture specialists, Agriculture inspectors, farm shop managers, Agriculture researchers, etc. They will get to know all about Agriculture & Farm Engineering & its scope in India.
