Quantum School of Hospitality and Tourism organised a Mocktail Workshop at the university campus. The workshop was aimed to enhance knowledge and ensure the practical exposure of the students. Mr DC Vashishth, Head, School of Hospitality and Tourism was the resource person of the event. He has been in the hospitality sector for twenty-eight years and has rich experience in Bar & Lounge operations. Mr Deepak Rawat and Mr Sanjay Singh also graced the event with their presence.
A renowned expert in his field, Mr DC Vashishth crafted a mocktail menu inspired by his own creations and provided a stage to share a list of crafted mocktails to develop young talent. Some of the famous innovative mocktails prepared in the session were Fruit Punch, Virgin Mary, Virgin Pinacolada, Virgin Mojito and Papaya Passion.
Students as a part of their curriculum learned to make the best mocktails. They prepared the last mocktail and enjoyed the session. The resource person and the guests praised the efforts of the students and appreciated the workshop. It proved to be a great learning opportunity for the students. The success of the mocktail workshop has surely paved the way for bigger and better workshops in future.
