More than 230 students who are pursuing BTech and Diploma courses from Quantum University visited the Regional Science Centre, Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology [UCOST], popularly known as Vigyan Dham. The main aim of this visit was to provide an enhancement in the academic and practical knowledge of Q-mates.
During this visit, students got exposed to many real-time applications of the concepts that they study theoretically. They witnessed Planetarium system, Himalayan gallery, Dinosaurs park and futuristic machines. Interactive exhibits like Whispering Garden, Gravity Chair, Sympathetic Swing, Birding Cage, Eco-tube and Perspective houses were the highlights at the Vigyan Dham. Some exhibits also showcased concepts like nuclear power generation, carbon-nanotube, graphene, robotics, cloud computing -just to name a few. Q-mates were glad after this journey and demanded more such visits in future.
