Quantum University takes huge pride in announcing that 18 students who were pursuing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering got selected in the placement drive of Shivani Locks Pvt. Ltd.
The company conducted a placement drive for final year students of B.Tech ME/MTE (Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics) & Diploma ME (Mechanical Engineering) on 16 September 2019. Shivani Locks Pvt. Ltd. is an established name in the manufacturing of automotive locking systems and commands a significant share in domestic distribution. It is commanding more than 65% of the domestic market share and serving automotive majors across global boundaries. The students were briefed about the roles and responsibilities to be undertaken after the selection, beforehand. The recruiters interacted with Q-mates and explained job profile, company profile and other necessary details to the students. The recruitment process began at 9 am which comprised of two rounds -technical followed by a personal interview. Those who cleared the first round went for the personal interview. Finally, the results were announced and 18 students were selected by the prestigious organisation. Recruiters were quite impressed after seeing the industry- readiness of the students. They praised the interactive education being imparted to the Q-mates.
