Quantum School of Agricultural Studies, organised a training program for the young students of the agriculture department. Ms Kusum Farswan and Mr Anjil Kumar, the lecturer of Horticulture Sciences at Quantum University, provided the hands-on training on value addition of fruits and vegetables to the students. Ms Kusum Farswan highlighted the importance of value addition of fruits and vegetables in agriculture. A practical session on preparing mixed vegetable pickle and apple jam was also conducted. Faculty members encouraged the participants to become true agriculturists and bring tangible changes in the agricultural domain. Faculty members stressed the importance of being practically efficient in the field so that positive results could be achieved both in letter and in spirit.
