Department of Mechanical Engineering in collaboration with The Genesis – QU Innovation Council & Autodesk India Pvt. Ltd. is organizing a Workshop on Leveraging Cloud-based technologies for product design (Problem Solving and Ideation Workshop) on October 18, 2022. The workshop will be conducted by the guest of the program Mr. Rajesh Yadav, Education Engagement Specialist, Autodesk India Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Raunaq Dua, Mechanical Engineer in Additive Manufacturing and Founder Curiosity 3D.
The Workshop will include a detailed discussion on the future of design and education, the basics of CAD on Fusion 360, product design workflow, collaborative design, topology optimization, generative design, bio-mimic design, additive manufacturing, 3D scanning & reverse engineering, and industry-university collaboration.
The objective of this workshop is to teach students how cloud services can be leveraged for designing products. The workshop will let the students explore the application of cloud computing in product design. We hope this workshop will turn out to be fruitful for our budding engineers.
