On 24th September, the Department of Applied Medical Sciences organized a captivating and rejuvenating Yoga session titled “Discover Bliss in Every Breath” as part of the ongoing Poshan Maah celebrations.
The session, led by Mr. Puru Verma, an esteemed Alumni and a former member of NYSF, was a delightful two-hour journey that took participants through a series of calming Pranayama (breathing exercises) and invigorating Asanas (yoga postures). These exercises were meticulously designed to focus on stress relief, enhanced concentration, and overall well-being.
Mr. Verma, with his deep knowledge and expertise, emphasized the incredible power of mindfulness and the profound connection between breath and mental clarity. He passionately encouraged everyone to adopt these practices as an integral part of their daily routines for a healthier, more balanced life.
