A Flip class for the subject Legal Aspects of Business was conducted for MBA students. A total of five groups were formed for the presentations each comprising 7 students.
Students were briefed on the topics based on their achieved knowledge of the subject. During the class few short cases related to the Sales of Goods Act, Bailment, Partnership Act 1932, and Consumer Act 1986 were discussed with the motive to make the future managers through even with the minute details of the subject.
The students were also instructed to go through the main sections of the topics for a basic understanding of the legal know-how required for the smooth operations of business. This session was quite informative and successful.
