On March 16th, Quantum University, along with its dynamic incubator Genesis, conducted a remarkable celebration of International Women’s Day. This empowering event, held at the university campus, was a collaborative effort with Startup Uttarakhand and Headstart Network Foundation, aimed at shining a spotlight on the pivotal role of women in today’s digital and entrepreneurial landscapes.
The gathering was graced by the presence of esteemed guests: Mrs. Ritu Khanduri, the Honorable Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly, as Chief Guest and Ms. Sonia Garg, Past Chairperson of CII and CEO of Forace Superchem, as Guest fo Honour, both of whom delivered inspiring speeches on the essence of women’s empowerment and the vibrant tapestry of modern-age entrepreneurship.
The event featured distinguished speakers including Ms. Meghna Joshi, a social entrepreneur and founder of Swan Livelihood; Dr. Kavita Negi, the innovative mind behind iAura; Ms. Reema Jain from Dugain Legal; Ms. Rashmi Terence, Director of Merry Dale Academy and President of Aaron Education Welfare Society; Ms. Ananya Sarkar, Co-Founder of Sukham; Ms. Radhika Bali, Founder of Aक्स by Radhika; Ms. Sushma Bajaj, Principal of St. Mary Saharanpur and Founder of Bajaj Industries; and Dr. Juhi Garg, Founder & CEO of DivIn Pro Pvt Ltd, who shared their unique stories and experiences. A collective motivation was instilled in the students and budding entrepreneurs by these leaders.
