The 4th day of the Faculty Development Program (FDP) at Quantum University witnessed an enriching session conducted by Dr. Vishnu Nath, a distinguished academic professional with a profound background in marketing and extensive research expertise. Dr. Vishnu’s diverse educational journey, coupled with his post-doctoral experience at IIT Roorkee, made him an ideal resource person for the days sessions.
Dr. Vishnu’s session focused on advanced research methodologies, including factor analysis and confirmatory analysis. As part of the hands-on session, faculty navigated through the software and gained practical experience implementing these analytical techniques. The session allowed faculties to seek clarification on concepts and receive personalized guidance from Dr. Vishnu. The combination of theoretical insights and hands-on experience proved to be instrumental in enhancing the participants & understanding of advanced research methodologies.
On the fourth day of the FDP, the faculties gained a greater understanding of advanced analytical techniques and developed practical skills for incorporating them into their research. As a result of Dr. Vishnu’s expertise and engaging teaching style, the FDP was a huge success.
