As part of the Abhivyakti Literary Fest 2023, Quantum University’s Department of Agricultural Studies in collaboration with Department of Hotel Management and Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, organized a special Organic Fair. This event aimed to showcase the importance of natural and sustainable practices in farming, cooking, and personal care.
The fair took place at Quantum University and welcomed participants from experienced farmers to students, entrepreneurs, and teachers. They all came together to share their love for organic living.
At the fair, there was a fantastic display of organic products from Bhelpuri to homemade Organic Shampoo. The variety of offerings was impressive, showing how easy it is to include organic choices in our daily lives. Farmers, who know the land so well, shared their wisdom on how to grow crops in a way that respects nature. Their stalls were filled with fresh, organic produce, showing the beautiful results of their hard work.
Students from the Hotel Management Department got creative in the kitchen. They cooked up tasty dishes using organic ingredients, proving that healthy food can also be delicious. The Nutrition and Dietetics Department shared valuable information about how choosing organic can be good for our health and the environment. Their displays explained the many benefits of making organic choices.
The Organic Fair wasn’t just a show-and-tell event. It was a big celebration of living in harmony with nature. It showed us all how we can make small changes in our lives to be more mindful of the environment.
