The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Quantum University organized a Maze Solver competition on April 8th, as part of the Dharohar’s Edge event. The competition, which was based on Artificial Intelligence, had 32 participants who had to quickly and efficiently solve the maze using a simple bot equipped with a surface sensing sensor.
The participants were required to use their knowledge of AI and programming to help the bot navigate the maze and find the shortest possible path to the end. The competition was a challenging test of their skills, and the participants had to be quick and accurate in their programming to win.
After a close competition, the winners of the Maze Solver competition were announced. The first prize went to Vansh Tyagi, Ritesh Saini, Samy Mishra, and Ashish Saini, while the runner-up team was MdKadeer, Ayush Kumar, Md Sawej, and Kajal Patel. The event was a great success as it successfully promoted the importance of AI in modern engineering.
