The Women Cell invited a team of highly experienced sub-inspectors who had years of experience in self-defense techniques and had trained many females in the past. The event centered around the Gaura Shakti App, designed to provide females with a reliable source of support in times of need. It enables females to reach out for help in emergencies, and also provides them with important safety tips and self-defense techniques.
The session was highly interactive, with participants actively participating in the demonstrations. The sub-inspectors showed several self-defense techniques that could be used by females using common handy items such as pens, clutches, mobile phones, etc. University’s Women Cell deserves commendation for organizing such an important and informative event that could make a significant impact on the lives of women.
