Department of Civil Engineering organized a competition to raise awareness about various safety measures during National Safety Week. The Poster with Slogan and Presentation events were open to B.Tech students, Diploma students (Civil Engineering), and students from other departments.
The Poster with Slogan event took place on Saturday, 4th March 2023, on the occasion of National Safety Day, followed by the Presentation event on Friday, 10th March 2023. The students designed posters and presentations on different safety topics, such as civil engineering, food safety, radiation safety, and women’s safety, which were displayed during the event. The guest faculties evaluated the presentations and selected the best ones.
The event provided students with valuable knowledge and an enjoyable experience. They learned about new technologies and gained awareness about safety measures in various fields, which will benefit them in their future endeavors.
