The Department of Commerce & Finance at Quantum University Roorkee hosted a 2-day workshop on “Financial Education for Young Citizens” recently. This training program was conducted by the National Institute of Securities Market (NISM), which is the leading institute for the securities market in India.

The experienced professional – Dr. Sanjay Agarwal, Mentor for change Niti Ayog government of India, Mentor start-up Uttarakhand government, and Financial education resource person shared his knowledge and expertise on various financial topics with the students. In the workshop, a variety of topics related to finance and securities markets were discussed. They received valuable insights and practical skills that will serve them well in their future careers.
