Department of Civil Engineering Quantum University, Roorkee is organizing a guest lecture on National Energy Conservation Day on 14th December 2022 followed by a Poster Presentation Competition. Mahua Mukherjee, Ph.D., Fullbright Fellow Professor, Department of Agriculture & Planning Joint Faculty and Ex-Head, Center of Excellence in Disaster Mitigation and Management, IIT Roorkee, will be presiding over the program.

The program aims as a day of reminder to the people of India’s commitment to clean energy and combating climate change. The guest will speak about the importance of appropriate usage of electricity and other ways to conserve energy.

Toward the end of the conversation, we hope for a thriving event where our guests will successfully be able to raise awareness about the importance of energy conservation and efficiency.
