The Genesis Quantum University Innovation Council inaugurated “आरंभ” Start- Execute- Scale, a Faculty Development Program at Quantum University in association with StartUp Uttarakhand and Headstart. An initiative by QUIC, this program was planned with the motive to make self-sufficient Entrepreneurs & Innovators, understand the importance of Entrepreneurship, and its Present Scenario, and encourage Faculty Members to participate and learn techniques for setting up a new business.
This 5-day program commenced with its first collaborative session with the guest speakers Ms. Jaya Bharti, Sr. Advisor, CIEL Bombay, and Mr. Taha Malik, Founder of Baari Labs, who interacted with the students on their topics “Planning your Startup Finances” and “Bringing Innovation to Market”. In her address, Ms. Jaya spoke about the importance of finance in a startup. She said “Finance plays a crucial role in the commencement of any new business as it supports the growth of the company.” Mr. Taha Malik said, ” A successful innovation will help you add value to your business in order to increase your profits.”
The faculty development program concluded with an inspiring note as both the guest speakers encouraged the youth to expand their entrepreneurial toolbox & learn business skills for every aspect of their new business.
