School of Agricultural Studies, Quantum University, Roorkee is organizing the Quantum Organic Fair on the 8th, 10th, and 11th of October 2022 in collaboration with the Dept. of Hotel Management and Dept. of Nutrition & Dietetics. The Fair is dedicated to the cause of organic, natural, and sustainable lifestyles.
The Quantum Organic Fair exhibition invites all Farmers, Students, Faculties, and Entrepreneurs to participate and display their organic products and technology. The charges per table are –
Farmers, Students, Faculties – Rs 500 Entrepreneurs – Rs 1000
Guidelines:
- The table & chair will be provided to the participants.
- All the products/items should be organic.
- Products displayed in the exhibition will be screened by the Screening Committee along with fixing their prices.
- The raw material required for cooking should be organic as it will be screened by the Screening committee.
- No non-organic items like Refined oil/Refined Sugar/Maida/non-organic vegetables/fruits/Polythene are allowed.
Products could be showcased on the stall :
- Organic fruits and Vegetables
- Packed Organic food like Honey, Jams, Juices, pickle, etc.
- Jute bags/clothes/any other decorative item
- Jaggery, Desi ghee/ Organic Oil
- Eatable items like Millets cookies/Chocolate/Diet Namkeen/Snacks from millet/Traditional food should be made from organic raw material and should be nutritious.
- Any other organic products with prior approval of the screening committee
