Quantum University celebrated National Sports Day on 29th August to commemorate the legacy of Major Dhyan Chand. To mark this significance, the Sports Club organized Basketball Tournaments for both boys and girls.
The purpose was to inculcate the spirit of sportsmanship in students & help build leadership, teamwork, & confidence in them. Honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. Vivek Kumar, Dean QST, Dr. Manish Sharma, Dr. Puspainder Kumar, PNO. Mr. Karan Babbar and Sports Officer Mr. Pankaj Kumar paid tributes to Hockey Wizard Major Dhyan Chand on his birth anniversary.
The event started with a motivational speech by the Honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. Vivek Kumar. who joined the students and spoke about the importance of sports and a winning mindset. Great enthusiasm was seen for sports as the teams hustled to win. A huge Shoutout to all our outstanding teams.
