After an excellent orientation program conducted by Quantum School of Business, a one-day Tour to Maldevta Farms was organized for its MBA freshers to learn Team Management, Team Cohesiveness, and Coordination. At Maldevta Farms, Mr. Amit Minocha and his management team made students familiar with Team Dynamics.
The session at Maldevta started with some adventurous activities & games, followed by the Management oriented activities, which helped students in gaining the essential traits of Team Building. The main focus was to create strong social relations among students. Apart from this aim, it was also important to guide them regarding trust, patience, self-awareness, and consistency in what they do.
It was astonishing to see our students getting involved in the activities, learning and absorbing these skills so quickly. Eventually, the tour concluded with a mini session where students enjoyed singing and grooving to the tunes. Quantum University believes that an industrial visit or a tour for the students is mandatory for stimulating motivation and interests in them. It also focuses on providing firsthand experience & builds observation and perception skills to interpret things better.
