A webinar with alumna was organized at Quantum University for the new MBA batch. Quantum School of Business conducted the program for one on one sessions with the alumna so that students feel motivated by hearing out the experiences of their seniors.
The guest was Ms. Anjani Tripathi, an Alumna who is currently a Deputy Manager- Corporate Affairs, J K Business School. She shared her wonderful experiences and learnings of her work with the students and discussed the dynamics of Soft Skills in Work Culture. She presented many instances to students of how Soft Skills affect performance. Soft Skills play a vital role in a person’s life as they shape the personality of the individual. They are very important for the professional development of the students. She said,” Soft Skills help secure one’s position more easily and will maintain a good relationship with his/her company over time.” Ms. Anjali emphasized going out and bringing in more and more corporate projects to prove their potential as this is how they can enhance their skill-sets in the dynamic environment.
The interactive session with Ms. Anjani Tripathi was worth listening to as the students learned the need for soft skills in a professional life and analyzed what role it plays in the corporate world. The webinar was followed by a Q/A round where students cleared their doubts and availed advice from an expert in the field.
