A Seminar on “Industry Expectations from MBA Students: An HR Perspective ” was held for the new MBA students at Quantum University. The educational session was organized and coordinated by Quantum School of Business. The guest of the day, Mr. Ashwani Kumar Singh – Corporate HR Head, Gold Plus Glass, Delhi, took the program forward and guided the students by throwing some light upon the topic.
The HR Head, Mr. Ashwani Kumar highlighted the fact about what the industry expects from management graduates in this fast-changing world. He talked about sharpening communication skills and working on body language to prosper in the management field. He emphasized the skills that are required in an MBA graduate like time management, decision making, gaining insights on the latest trends, resilience, current regulations and developments in the industry, leadership quality, and more.
The program was highly appreciated by the new batch, who looked deeply excited to start their MBA journey at Quantum University.
