Presenting food is an important aspect of culinary skills and any hospitality student will vouch for this. Culinary Skills presentation was given by the students of Hotel Management at Quantum University where they prepared various lip smacking delicacies.
Students performances were judged based on presentation, taste, and plating. The judges were on the fence about whose dish was the best. Under the guidance and supervision of Chef Parmesh Dutt, students displayed fantastic culinary art and amazed the judges with their luscious cooking.
