School of Hospitality & Tourism, Quantum University Roorkee is organizing an Expert Talk on “Situation handling in Hotels” under the University’s Innovation Cell. The Guest Speaker is Ms. Priya Sharma (Front Office Manager) Hotel Welcome Heritage Badi Kothi, ITC Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. The event will take place on 19th February 2022, from 10 am to 11 am.
The Objective of the session is to enable students to know about various emergencies situation in the hotel and how to deal with these emergencies during operations.
The audience of the session will be the students & faculty members of Quantum University Roorkee. If we talk about the outcomes of the session for the students, it is learning various aspects of handling emergencies and awareness about the Standard Operating Procedures used in dealing with those emergencies in hotels.
