Industrial Visit was organized by Quantum University for BBA students on 16th December which was coordinated by Ms. Shalini Verma. BBA third-year students went for an Industrial Visit at Alex Panel, Dehradun whose aim was to provide exposure to students about the practical working environment at Alex panel. A strength of 33 students participated in the industrial visit which was conducted by QSB from 11 AM onwards.

The students gained valuable insights on the industrial practices in terms of the basic procedure to set up an industry. They gained practical knowledge of the manufacturing process and tried to relate the same with their management subjects like Production, Operations, and Supply Chain Management. The queries of the students on part of practical implementation of HR and Marketing policies were also answered by the HR Manager Ms. Vaishali Bhatia. She made all the students aware of the marketing mix of the company and cleared their doubts pertaining to the Industrial Policies, Sales, Import-Export practices, etc.
After the interaction, the students and faculty members expressed their gratitude to the manager and their staff for their warm and wonderful hospitality. Mr. Deepak Singhal & Dr.Nirmesh Sharma, Faculty Quantum School of Business also requested HR Manager to devote some time out of her busy schedule for delivering a guest lecture on ‘Marketing Strategies’ to the students. Post the industrial visit at Alex Panel, all the students and faculty members reached the University at 4:00 PM.
