The Department of Commerce, School of Graduate Studies, Quantum University, organized a series of activities involving presentations, campus walk, investment game, group discussions, etc., last week for the B.Com first semester students.
Govind Singh, Assistant Professor, Quantum University, was the lead performer during these activities. Through engaging presentations, he introduced the new Q-Mates with Tally accounting software & Stock Trend Analysis.
By participating in the investment game activity, the students learned the basic wealth creation concepts through the stock market. The group discussion on “Disinvestment In Air India” expanded the newcomers’ knowledge, sense of team spirit, ability to express themselves clearly, and thinking capacity. They were also made to acquaint themselves with the resources at the University through a campus walk activity.
