Quantum School of Business conducted a webinar on ‘Tech for Transformation – How to use Technology to Reinvent Yourself. Mr Sanjeev Jain, an MBA from IIFT was the keynote speaker for the event who shared his rich experience and knowledge. Students of MBA, BBA and BCom attended the webinar and gained knowledge about several technological changes that are about to come in few years down the line.
Speaker also covered several aspects of the mundane business processes that are routine and can be automated through technology and can result in time efficiency as well as in zero-defect product output. He said that process automation is a way to enhance profits in business and achieve better customer retention and acquisition. Using marketing automation techniques can help in achieving better sales targets and derive more sales from existing customers and new ones. The webinar ended with a question and answer session. It proved to be a learning affair for all the attendees.
