- Overall Holistic Development of Students
Holistic Development Index:To gauge the holistic development of our students, a Holistic Development Index (HDI) was calculated, taking into account both academic and extracurricular achievements. The HDI is a composite score that reflects the well- rounded growth of individuals. The formula for HDI is as follows:
Holistic Development Index Formula
HDI =(0.6×Average Extracurricular Score) +(0.4×Average Academic Score)HDI=(0.6×Average Extracurricular Score)+(0.4×Average Academic Score)
