These visits aim to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of different procedures and practices. The IQAC will conduct meetings at least once per semester for the first five years, with frequent expert review meetings between them. These expert review meetings and associated activities will be documented as part of the IQAC documentation, which will be presented and approved during IQAC General Meetings.

After the completion of the first cycle of five years, IQAC General Meetings will be held at least twice per semester. For all IQAC and review meetings, the agenda, minutes, and Action Taken Reports will be documented with official signatures and maintained electronically in a retrievable format.
