Book “Electronic Voting Machine" by Dr. Alok Shukla, Former Deputy Election Commissioner of India launched at Quantum University. It was a very informative session where Dr Shukla also threw light on the technical aspects of Electronic Voting Machine and the evolution of the same in India.
