Quantum University celebrated “Dharohar” 2018 as our college festival which now become a tradition & is now celebrated every year with full zeal and the program started with the panel discussion on “Prospects and challenges in promoting sustainable livelihoods for the Youth in the hilly regions of Uttarakhand”.
Quantum University Celebrated its 10th anniversary. In these 10 years, in the field of education, Quantum touched very high altitude. Quantum students got the opportunity to show their talents abroad. In the second series, Quantum achieved success on one side, now Quantum has become a university from the college. This announce by the Chief Guest of the program, Trivendra Singh Rawat, Chief Minister of Uttrakhand. The ceremony was organized at the Quantum University campus. On this occasion, students demonstrated their talent by participating in various competitions.
Students from all faculties of the university flocked to the university grounds to watch and participate in fun-filled day of “Edge” as Tech Fest, “Glitz” as Cultural Fest and “Ojas” as Management Fest. The Festival offered a unique opportunity to celebrate and explore India’s diverse culture and traditions, including, arts and entertainment. On the first day fest saw the culmination of a number of Tech, Cultural and Management events like G-Mania, Pirates of Circuits, Water Rockets, Maze Solver, Crack The Code, Bob The Builder, Dancing, Singing, TED Talks, Fifa and Devil Follows where in the management and technology students competed from the inter and intra colleges. The students also got a chance to display their photography and coding skills in the event. Fun filled Salad Making competition, Cad Mad, Pot Decoration with Natural, and Green model were the other attractions of the day which were enjoyed equally by both the participating and the non-participating crowd of students.
Mr. Shyam Sunder Goyal, Founder President, Quantum University and Mr. Ajay Goel, Chairman, welcomed the Chief Guest Mr. Trivandhar Singh Rawat (Chief Minister Uttarakhand), Mr. Dhan Siwan Rawat (Education Minister Uttarakhand) and Mrs. Mridula Pradhan (Wife of Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan). After that the program was extended by lighting the lamp by the guests. .
Moving forward with the event, a play named "Swaraj" was organized by students of Quantum University. Swaraj was a dramatic transformation of the entire mission of freedom of the country by the revolutionaries of the country, where in students tried to serve the sacrifices of Chandra Shekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Ashfaqullah Khan in front of today's youth. Through Swaraj, students showed the people that we have got this freedom by facing the many difficulties they remind the youth of the dream of Bhagat Singh.
The chief guest of the program, the honorable Trivendra Singh Rawat (Chief Minister Uttarakhand) congratulated the Quantum family and encouraged in maintaining the quality of education in future. Praising the 'Swaraj', he said that the students did a very good job, only after seeing the play, it shows that the students who have worked so hard for this, and it gave me a goose bumps. He congratulated the Quantum family for the program.
Hon'ble Dhan Singh Rawat (Education Minister, Uttarakhand Government) expressed happiness over the University of Quantum as well as the new education system, saying that the student studying on this method will definitely emerge as a successful educational hub in the future.
On this occasion, the meritorious students were rewarded by the chief guest and the special guest. Students of B.BA., Shreya Gupta, B.Com received the award from Mahima Bharti, BJMC, Navnish Bhardwaj, M.B.A. to Alka Bisht, B.Tech Deepak, Himanshu and Srimani Khatri. All rounder’s award are given to stduent Naman Verma from Diploma and from B.tech Vivek is given. Krishna B.tech Civeil, Gaurav Sharma B.tech Computer Science and B.Tech from Gaurav Sharma On this occasion Shyam Sunder Goyal, founder of Quantum Global Campus, Ajay Goel, Secretary Shobhit Goyal, Vice Chancellor Dr. Vivek Kumar, Shri Naresh Goyal, Mrs. Meena Goyal, Smt. Udita Goyal, Dr. Shomoya Goyal, Mrs. Shubhi Goyal, Quantum School of Technology Dr. Gulshan Chohan, Director, Quantum School of Business, Dr. Rohit Kushwaha and other dignitaries will be present.
